Requirements : 

1. Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in After Effects

2.Experience in Handling team 60+ members including Team Leads

3.Basic Knowledge in 3D animation.

4.Work with instructional designer to conduct learning assessments including research, document reviews, telephone interviews, and focus groups

5.Develop e-tools, e-learning courses, and videos according to provided storyboards and create your own as needed

6.Create infographics, videos, audio voiceover, interactive simulation, creative text, and animated learning solutions

7.Foster culture of blended and virtual learning with client and team

8.Mentor team members on state-of-the-art virtual learning techniques and approaches

9.Engage fully as a member of the Encompass staff team, including participating in staff meetings and other Encompass events
