About the role

Reporting to the Admissions and Enrolment Manager based in Sydney Head Office, this role is integral to the success of student acquisition in the Subcontinent market and supports the Subcontinent Partner Managers by processing applications and providing exceptional customer service to Channel Partners during the assessment and conversion of student applications and offers.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Assessing and process applications for admissions
  • Providing proactive advice and solutions to applicants and channel partners to help drive student acquisition and retention
  • Providing outstanding service delivery to applicants regarding student enrolment, leave requests, transfers and refunds as appropriate
  • Managing quality and consistency of all applicant data to ensure it is compliant, complete and current
  • Managing SVP inbox and coordinate GS/GTE assessment processes
  • Continually develop specialist knowledge of course offerings, company policies and procedures as they relate to admissions, regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Building and maintain relationships with channel partners to ensure a consistent and quality service is provided to applicants throughout the admission process


Essential qualifications, skills and experience:


  • Degree-qualified
  • 3 + years’ experience in an Admissions role including conducting GS/GTE Risk assessments
  • Strong customer service experience with demonstrable capability in building positive
  • and effective stakeholder relationships
  • Working knowledge of international student visa and ESOS requirements
  • Professional competence in both English and Hindi
  • Assured communicator with highly developed written and presentation skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, while maintaining high levels of
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to deal effectively and sensitively with people from a diverse range of
  • backgrounds
  • Experience working in an international team
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced in other CRM software applications.


Desirable criteria:


  • Experience as an international student or in similar role in the education sector
  • Fluent in another language, ideally Nepali
