Role Description

This is a full-time Work from Office role for a Fresher or less than 1 years experience as Jr.Digital Marketing Associate at UTCONS in Pune.

• No. of Postions : 4
• Salary : ₹15000
• Probation : 3 months (post which salary will be revised according to performance).
• Location : Pancard club road, Baner, Pune.
• Experience : Should be less than 1 year.

Mandatory Qualifications (must have skills)

• Social media creative design: Posters, Carousels, Videos, Reels.
• Graphics and logos design.
• Content writing for social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Filmora.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and their formats.

Hands-on Training (will be taught on job):

• Setup and manage paid ads on Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Website designing using no-code website builder platforms (like Hostinger).
• Learn branding, marketing and positioning strategies for businesses.
• Understand customer relationship management and retention techniques.
• Use advanced digital marketing strategies and AI tools effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Create & Design Content – Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, InDesign for posts, reels and stories.
• Social Media Management – Plan calendars, schedule content and manage engagement across platforms.
• Ad & SEO Configuration – Configure ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and assist with basic SEO setup.
• Client Coordination – Communicate for approvals, align content with brand tone and objectives.
• Website Support – Assist in website designing and content placement using website builders.

Note: This is entry level position, hence applicant should not have more 1 years of experience
