Role and Responsibilities as Bench Sales Recruiter: • You will work on both direct hire and Contract openings for our clients.• You will perform end to end Bench Sales/recruiting and delivery management such assourcing, screening,• submitting resumes to client, interview coordination, and candidate on boarding alongwith client coordination.• Work with Sources (On site and Off shore) to define strategy for recruiting and managethe sourcing process.• Mentor sources as needed.• Search for candidates who have the skills, education, and work experience needed forjob openings.
