Job Description:

As a Senior Client Relations Coordinator, you will lead the charge in managing client queries, elevating client satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering top-notch client experiences.


Responsibilities:

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile client queries, concerns, and requests.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Handle all client concerns over telecalls/mail/whatsapp etc, providing personalised and efficient assistance.’
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, fostering a sense of trust and satisfaction.
  • Collect proactive feedback from the clients proactively to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

Issue Resolution and Process Optimization:


  • Raise all the client concerns and requests in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to swiftly address and resolve all client concerns and requests related to office spaces.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor the client relations team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Create an environment that promotes productivity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with management to align client relations strategies with overall business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate or client relations role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Uphold strong work ethics and commitment to follow-ups.
  • Extremely motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
