About the Job


Responsible for daily- weekly-monthly planning of site visits schedules/ arrangement.

- Follow-up with existing leads & build the site visits pipeline.

- Must have detailed knowledge on Real Estate Sales Industry.

- Figure out the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them.

- Handling clients to solve their query and sell them residential / Commercial properties

- Meeting with the clients and explaining the details of projects/ventures.

- Conducting events and worksites in various organizations to reach the customers.

- Coordinate with pre-sales team, effectively convert leads to business.

- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.

- Transaction management and deal closure

- Visiting the channel partners and giving them our product information

- Convincing the channel partners to visit our site

- Encouraging the channel partners to bring in more walk in clients and pushing them for closures

- Responsible for the closure of sales and completing targets.

- Understanding needs of the customer and pitching the product.

- Handling the walk-in customers.
