Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
