Job Overview

As a Field Engineer at Urban Living, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all technical aspects of the project are executed efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in the construction industry. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a field engineering role
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes
• Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of construction projects on-site, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the construction work meets the required standards
• Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
• Prepare progress reports and update the project team on the status of the construction projects
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant building codes and regulations
• Monitor and manage project risks and implement necessary mitigation measures
