Job Description :

We are looking for the Assistant Manager

– Civil, to assist Manager –

Civil in all Project related works.

1. Position & Vacancies Assistant Manager – Civil / 3 Nos.

2. Qualification B.Tech – 4-year full time / M.Tech – Civil Engineering – First Class / Distinction.

3. Experience 3 – 5 Years

5. Job Location HQ – Hyderabad for four projects.( Tukkuguda / Kollur / Pocharam / Ibrahimpatnam)

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Preparation & presentation of all project-related presentations (PPT) to the concern. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process charts to document needs.

 Knowledge of construction processes as per IS codes such as Method of Measurement, regulations.

 Prepare program chart (Bar chart, CPM, PERT), update & close Snag Lists for all the work packages as per Specifications and Drawings.

 Establish comprehensive testing, commissioning and handover procedures for contract work. Witness key handover and acceptance meetings.

 Issue Non conformity reports (NCR) to vendors for deviations from agreed specifications and design and manage closure of all NCRs through concerned vendors. Issuance of site instructions – following formal approval procedure.

 Review of work method statements of vendors for all major activities.

 Liaise with Architect and other Consultants as required for necessary drawing co-ordination and management.

 Arrange and keep records of site meetings, maintain records of review meetings in the form of Minutes of Meetings in prescribed format. Also, document and maintain all correspondences with PMC / Contractors / vendors / Stores.

 To manage any change in the project scope, project schedule, and project costs along with rate analysis and appropriate verification techniques.

 Preparation of Indents, procurement plan, and Reconciliation of all materials. Reject in case of violations.

 Planning, and coordination for the execution of the project (PIU/ PMC) as per the client’s requirement (including Civil, Structural, Finishing, MEP & other Infra Works).

 Planning includes Work Break down Structure, Vendor Management, Quality control, Deliveries, Billing and payment follow-up, etc.

 Regularly visit the Site, and brief the team in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility, random inspections and developing action plans to resolve pending issues.
