Internship Details

• Role: HR Intern
• Type: Paid Internship
• Duration: 6 Months
• Location: Remote (Work From Home)
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000/month
• Shift Timing (IST): 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM

Who Can Apply?

• Fresh graduates or final-year students (any discipline)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making calls and engaging with candidates
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Passionate about building a career in HR & Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source and screen resumes from various job boards
• Make calls to candidates for screening and coordination
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Hire candidates for open positions
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Support HR operations and employee onboarding activities
