🚨 Upstaff is Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

📍 Location: Remote (Work from Home)

🕕 Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Eastern Standard Time)

💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the US and Canada

🔹 Conduct outbound sales calls and email campaigns to engage prospects

🔹 Manage and track activities using Zoho CRM

🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships

🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies

🔹 Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment services

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in US & Canadian sales

✅ Strong command of English (spoken and written)

✅ Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently

✅ Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry is a strong plus
