Job Description:

As a Business Analyst at Upsquare, you will play a critical role in helping our company make data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, create reports, and provide actionable insights. Your work will have a direct impact on our business strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

- Define and document business requirements.

- Define clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria that align with business goals and user expectations - product release acceptance criteria.

- Assist in the design and implementation of business processes and workflows.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective data integration and system enhancements.

- Provide recommendations and insights to support decision-making.

- Monitor project progress and report on project status to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis methodologies.

- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is desirable but not required.
