Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Skills:

• Must have experience in Kotlin.
• Software development experience and Android skills development.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Expertise in Java, Kotlin and Vital Android SDK concepts.
• Familiar with MVVM, Coroutines and Android Components
• Decent experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Understanding of material design guidelines.
• Good knowledge of XML basics, Android studio.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
