∙Strong knowledge in PLC Programming & Drives in Siemens, Mitsubishi, AB, 

drives, SEW PLC, Electrical breakers & contactors. 

∙Major BD reduction & MTTR reduction by doing KAIZEN (by inducting interlocks) 

∙Preparation of trouble shooting guide.  

∙Should able to handle Conveyor trouble shooting. (SEW, Siemens) 

∙Maintenance measures analysis & controls Breakdowns, MTTR, MTBF.  

∙Preventive Maintenance planning and Adherence (PM, CBM). 

∙KAIZEN related to the equipment breakdown reduction and improvement. 

∙Actively participating in break-down analysis (RCA & CAPA). 

∙Preparation of Monthly MIS & Weekly Report. 

∙Supporting Site In-charge/ Facility Manager for planning & execution of shut-

down task.  

∙Spare Parts Planning and Identification with the machine.
