We are seeking a Senior Analyst skilled in enhancing our visibility and performance across
various digital marketing platforms, with a special focus on online marketing channels, such as
paid search and metasearch marketing. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical
skills, a deep understanding of SQL, and expertise in marketing fundamentals such as keyword
bidding, search optimization, and leveraging metasearch engines to maximize brand presence.
This role requires a proactive approach to analyzing, optimizing, and tracking the performance
of our comprehensive online marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do:
● Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to extract insights from large datasets and
provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing campaign performance.
● Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels,
including but not limited to social media, search, and display advertising.
● Collaborate with Marketers to define metrics and measurement strategies for campaigns.
Build dashboards to communicate both strategic and tactical impact.
● Recommend the best course of action by performing deep analysis of user behavior, and
performance of cross-channel campaigns. Develop a story based on learnings and
present it to cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Data Science
to drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
● Support AB testing and experimentation by identifying test cases, developing
hypotheses, and analyzing results.
What We Seek:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business,
or related fields.
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for marketing
within a data-driven company.
● Proficiency in Python, SQL and Tableau (or similar business intelligence tools) is
essential.
● Strong understanding of marketing concepts and metrics, including keyword bidding,
CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into
actionable insights.
● Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex
ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
● Exposure to statistical methods is desirable.
