  1. Proven working experience as a book keeper / accountant in Offshore Outsourcing – Preferably for US Accounting or Australian Accounting
  2. Detailed knowledge of working in XERO, SAGE, QBO, MYOB, YARDI, ARGUS, MS Office and CRM softwares
  3. Working experience in preparation of Sales Tax Returns, 1099 Filings, BAS & Tax Returns
  4. Proficiency in English communication both verbal & written and Email Etiquettes
  5. Proficiency in US Tax & Australian Tax Laws & tax accounting software
  6. Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  7. Ability to prepare various reports based on accounts
  8. Time management skills
  9. Timely Delivery with Accuracy
  10. Cooperative & good team player
  11. Ready to work different time shifts
