Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Build strategic relationships with brands for barter deals
  • Explore potential partnerships and structure partnership agreements to drive user acquisition, traffic, and brand awareness
  • Build strategic relationships with brands, prospective partners and manage complex partnerships to achieve the company's goals
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy


Eligibility:

  • Candidates should hold a graduation degree or equivalent
  • Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference
  • Candidates with a minimum 3 years of work experience into B2B Sales or Strategic partnerships will be preferred
  • Brownie point for candidates with HR-Tech or Ed-tech background
