Job Title: HR Executive 

Location: Sushma Infinium, Zirakpur 

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 2nd and 4th Saturday Off) 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, and compliance with labor laws.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. 
• Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. 
• Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll processing. 
• Support the performance management process including goal setting and appraisals. 
• Handle employee queries and provide support for HR-related issues. 
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. 
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. 
• Assist in policy creation and implementation. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role preferred. 
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
