Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our innovative team at UniSol Writing Services Pvt. Ltd. Located in Jaipur, this full-time role requires a professional with 7 to 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in both independent and collaborative settings, driving our mission to deliver exceptional web solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in the MERN stack including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, gained through at least 7 years of intensive application development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server with a capacity to manage complex queries and data integration tasks within large-scale applications.
• Proven expertise in using Git for version control, showcasing ability to manage repositories and enhance code collaboration and integration processes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS for cloud computing solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient deployment of services.
• Deep understanding of deployment processes, able to optimize application performance and reliability in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset to address challenges in web application architectures effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams, driving impactful projects and aligning with business goals and objectives of UniSol.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

• Lead and manage end-to-end development processes ensuring high-quality coding standards and robust application architectures.
