We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Upgrades:
• Lead and participate in the implementation and upgrade projects of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
• Configure and customize the HCM cloud application to meet business requirements.
• Technical Expertise:
• Possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical architecture and integration points.
• Develop and customize reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Project Management:
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within budget.
• Client Engagement:
• Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including Core HR and Compensation.
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Strong proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical architecture and integration points.
• Experience in data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 1  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certifications.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PL/SQL, Groovy).
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.
