This makes us stand apart from traditional staffing vendors by offering not just people, but powerful tools that accelerate and optimize the hiring process.

With a mix of smart tech and hands-on recruitment, we partner with companies to build winning teams while saving time, effort, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to companies (especially startups and mid-size IT firms) that work with external staffing partners.
• Leverage your personal network to onboard new clients for our AI-enabled staffing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to pitch UniqueHR’s value proposition (we’ll provide crisp pitch decks and product videos).
• Set up meetings, demos, and first-level discussions with hiring or staffing decision-makers.
• Build long-term relationships with client POCs for recurring business.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong network in the HR/Talent Acquisition ecosystem, especially with Vendor Managers, TA Heads, or Staffing Leads.
• Past experience in business development, client onboarding, or recruitment sales (staffing domain preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting targets.
• Passionate about helping companies hire smarter and faster using AI-driven tools.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Fixed Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on engagement level & experience)
• Incentives: Generous recurring commission on every client onboarded + every position filled
• Engagement: Freelance / Part-time / Full-time – we’re flexible, as long as you bring results!

Remote – India (Preference: Candidates with connections in Bangalore, Pune, or Hyderabad)
