An Efficient QA Officer should ensure all processes follow guidelines of QMS, and also ensure documentation conforms to company policy and GMP's requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Review and approval of Finished Products, Validations protocols and reports Stability samples, Raw Materials and Water Samples.

Review & Approval of SOP’s QMS elements like change control, CAPA, deviation, customer complaints, customer feedback, audit nonconformities.

Review of calibration reports, Preventive maintenance reports, training records, instrument equipment qualification records.

Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plan and reviews.

Develops quality assurance plans by identifying preventive measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and monitoring inventories.

Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.

Setting customer service standards.

Validates Quality processes by establishing specifications and quality attributes documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

Investigating customer complaints, collaborating with other member of management to develop CAPA and training methods.

Ensuring implementation of corrective & Preventive actions required to assure the effectiveness of system.

Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / MSC

Experience in Testing Lab / Analytical Lab
