An Efficient QA Officer should ensure all processes follow guidelines of QMS, and also ensure documentation conforms to company policy and GMP's requirements.

Key  Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for effective execution of Training. 
• Ensuring effective control of documents through issuance, review, retrieval and archival system compliance. 
• Preparation, issuance and retrieval of SOPs and specifications. 
• Coordinates vendor qualification process. 
• Responsible for logging and coordination of QMS documents like Change control, Deviation, Customer Complaints, CAPA etc., 
• Coordinates the quality control checks, inter laboratory comparison and proficiency tests. 
• Responsible for review of all type of documents related to Thermal, Calibration, HVAC, Compressed air, Pure steam, PLC and QA and records of calibration and qualification department. 
• Preparation of audit compliance report, Document handling during audit and tracking of CAPA generated through audit observations.
