Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centered web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and usability testing, along with hands-on experience using modern design tools and front-end collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate designs and improve user experience.
• Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Ensure consistency of design elements across platforms and devices.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
• Work within Agile/Scrum development cycles to deliver iterative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, UI/UX skills, and final deliverables.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying findings to improve design.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with developers to bridge design and implementation is a plus.
