Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant / Developer with over 7 years of strong hands-on experience in implementing and managing multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, Change Management, CMDB, and TSM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, customizing, and maintaining robust ServiceNow solutions to streamline IT operations and customer service workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, Change Management, CMDB, and TSM modules.
• Customize applications, develop workflows, business rules, and client/server-side scripts.
• Ensure smooth integration of ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage and maintain CMDB with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in platform upgrades, system enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Maintain documentation and support change control and configuration management activities.
• Follow ITIL best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Proven expertise in Change Management, ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and TSM modules.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and customization.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with CMDB design and management.
• Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, upgrade support, and platform governance.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–ITSM/CSM/CMDB) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
