POSITION: Prompt Engineer / AI Engineer (LLM & Generative AI)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer / AI Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML and software engineering to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-driven systems.

The role involves working extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and production-grade AI applications, focusing on reliability, scalability, and real-world impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Design, develop, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs)

2) Build and deploy AI-driven systems including chatbots and decision-support tools

3) Integrate LLMs into real-world applications using APIs and backend services

4) Develop and maintain AI workflows, including RAG-based architectures

5) Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval

6) Ensure performance, reliability, safety, and scalability of AI systems

7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1) 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied AI, or software engineering roles

2)Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering

3)Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model deployment

4)Proficiency in Python for production-grade AI systems

5)Experience in chatbot development and conversational AI

6)Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

7)Working knowledge of vector databases

8)Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON/YAML, and system integrations

9)Experience working in production environments with real user data

GOOD TO HAVE:

-Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel

-Knowledge of LLM evaluation and benchmarking techniques

-Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML systems

-Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and compliance

-Experience with multimodal AI models (text, image, audio)
