About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Sales professional to handle institutional and project-based sales. The candidate will engage with civil contractors, developers, architects, and consultants to secure high-value, high-volume project orders and strengthen brand presence in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop strong relationships with Civil Contractors and PMCs to drive repeat business.
· Engage with Developers, Promoters, and Procurement teams for product approvals in large-scale projects.
· Work closely with Architects, Interior Designers, and Consultants for brand specification in BOQs.
· Manage and expand the project pipeline within the assigned territory.
· Drive negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure timely execution support.
· Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and project movements for market intelligence.
Mandatory Requirements
· Prior experience in Shuttering Plywood Sales (Non-negotiable).
· Strong understanding of regional construction and developer ecosystem.
· Proven experience in institutional/project sales cycle management.
· Ability to independently manage multiple high-value projects.
Industry Preference
Sanitary, Hardware, Tiles, Cement, RMC, Shuttering Plywood, or Large Infrastructure Projects.
