About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager based in Bangalore who can work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will own high-impact initiatives across web and app experiences, helping to optimise conversion, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product improvements that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful product initiatives
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and scoping to delivery and optimisation
• Analyse product performance and identify opportunities using analytics tools
• Define and interpret A/B tests in collaboration with engineering and R&D teams
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and specifications
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Create structured estimates, manage trade-offs, and communicate feasibility to stakeholders
• Present progress, insights, and results to senior leadership
• Contribute to product strategy, experimentation culture, and continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in conversion, retention, or user experience
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Amazon Quicksight
• Exposure to A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python
• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams
