Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee publishing workflows, client management, and large team operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee end-to-end publishing operations including editorial, typesetting, XML, and ePub production.

 Manage a team of 50+ resources across various functions (typesetting, quality, graphics, digital).

 Ensure client satisfaction by managing delivery, quality, planning, and resources.

 Handle client communication, scrum meetings, reporting, invoicing, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Must have worked as Operations Manager in publishing services company.

 Strong knowledge of full-service publishing workflows.

 Excellent communication skills in English (read/write/speak).

 Experience managing large-scale book publishing projects and teams.
