Ultrafly Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source and attract top talent for diverse non-IT roles. We are looking for an immediate joiner to support our dynamic recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify potential candidates.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements, hiring needs, and organizational culture.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Offer Negotiation: Assist in salary discussions and ensure a smooth offer-acceptance process.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in non-IT recruitment or similar roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus).
• Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
