Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Developer who can lead and mentor a small development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in project planning, code reviews, and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Manage code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Participate in Agile development processes and daily stand-ups.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and web security principles.
• Proficient in Git version control and deployment practices.
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in team handling or technical leadership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript or Next.js.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
