Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and 5 experienced MERN Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and possess a passion for creating robust, scalable, and innovative web applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Create RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues quickly and effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end libraries/frameworks.
• In-depth experience with database design and management in MongoDB.
• Proficiency in building reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in leading development teams or projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
