Position: Junior IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team in sourcing and hiring IT professionals. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT roles, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment activities under senior recruiter guidance
• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical/hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers accurately
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer status
• Support bulk hiring and project-based recruitment needs
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing and hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA – Human Resources (HR)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or HR 
• Basic knowledge of IT roles 
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment documentation
• Strong learning attitude and team-player mindset

Preferred Skills :

• Internship or academic project experience in IT recruitment
• Awareness of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes
• Exposure to ATS tools (added advantage)
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
