Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media & referrals

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Understand IT job requirements and evaluate candidate skills accordingly

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support end-to-end recruitment cycle

Skills Required:

✔ 1+ years experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

✔ Knowledge of hiring for IT skills (Java, Python, React, Node, etc.)

✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔ Ability to handle multiple positions at once

✔ Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (Any specialization – HR preferred)
