Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for enterprise-level applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain robust microservices that are secure, resilient, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product owners to deliver features and enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve the system's performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills:

• Java (Core & Advanced) – 3+ years of strong hands-on experience.
• Spring Boot – 3+ years of experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Microservices Architecture – 3+ years of experience designing and deploying distributed systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
