About the Role:

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives with prior experience in BFSI sales, particularly loan products. Strong communication and convincing skills are essential.

Mandatory Requirements

• Telecalling / Tele-Sales Experience

• BFSI Sales Background

• Business Loan Sales Experience (Compulsory)

• Knowledge of Secured & Unsecured Loans

• Good Understanding of CIBIL

• Strong Verbal Communication Skills

• Target-Oriented Approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads

• Explain loan products and close sales

• Maintain customer database and follow-ups

• Achieve monthly sales targets
