Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various IT roles within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment to kickstart their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through online platforms (e.g., job portals, social media, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Support other HR functions as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles (IT recruitment experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
