Key Responsibilities:


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and field visits.
  • Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.

Build and mainta"Client Acquisition

  • in strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and client records.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with lead-generation platforms, particularly IndiaMart.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle negotiations and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
