Business development executive - Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, digital platforms, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and present business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation and campaign strategies
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information on prospects and pipeline status
• Support senior leadership in strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives
• Attend client meetings and follow up on action items to ensure conversion

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Comfortable with outbound communication and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Self-starter attitude with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
