Job Title : Azure DevOps Engineer Experience: 7+ years Location : Bangalore

Job Overview 

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices, a strong background in automation and CI/CD, and a proven track record deploying and maintaining secure, scalable systems. You will work closely with development, QA, Infrastructure and security teams to streamline workflows, improve system reliability, and enforce best practices across our software delivery lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. 
• Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration on Linux-based systems. 
• Administer and optimize artifact repositories (Nexus) and code quality platforms (SonarQube). 
• Oversee containerization workflows with Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes. 
• Integrate and manage application security tools, including Fortify SAST and DAST, within the CI/CD pipeline. 
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable software releases. 
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures for high availability. 
• Maintain documentation and enforce DevOps best practices. 
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to DevOps processes, tools, and security posture. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 7 + years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. 
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration. 
• Proficient in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. 
• Deep knowledge of Maven and Java build processes. 
• Experience administering SonarQube and Nexus Repository Manager. 
• Practical experience integrating and managing SAST and DAST tools. 
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar) for automation. 
• Strong understanding of templatizing DevOps pipelines. 
• Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps, including secure code analysis and automated compliance checks. 
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. 
• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus. 
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
