Position :- HR Team Lead (MBA in HR from a reputed Institute with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in diverse HR roles.)

Exp :- 3+Yrs

Location Coimbatore

Job Responsibilities :-

● Should travel to the Project sites to hire employees required for the project locally.

● Creating job descriptions and proposed salary structures for each opening.

● Creating and administering skills alignment exercises to further shorten the list of suitable candidates.

● Interviewing shortlisted candidates and selecting the most suitable individual.

● Extending a job offer to each prospective employee.

● Negotiating with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation.

● Overseeing incumbents' onboarding processes.

● Documenting and reporting on employees' performance.

● Implementing strategies to develop and retain employees.

● A strong work ethic

● Dependable and responsible

● Should possess a positive attitude.

● Should be adaptable to new environments, people and technologies.

● Should be honest and loyal to the organization.

● Self motivated to Learn and Grow.

● Strong self confidence and professionalism.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

● Prior experience as a hiring manager or a recruiter.

● Commitment to the sustained expansion of your team.

● In-depth understanding of appropriate duties and compensation for each position.

● Familiarity with labor legislation.

● Excellent research skills

● Top-notch interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

● Capacity to mentor and develop new hires.

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Good at operating computers.

● Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel/ Libreoffice Calc.

● Good team working skills.

● Good Communication in English. Communication in Hindi is preferred.
