Work Responsibility :

·     To raise indent for materials as per site requirement and issue GRN.

·     Maintain the day-to-day records of material inward & material outward

·     To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.

·     Supervising Loading & Unloading the material which is received from Suppliers.

·     Receipt of material Physical receipt and Make entry in software.

·     Issues Material Physical and make entry in software.

·        Takes Monthly, Half-yearly, and Annual inventory and make Reports.

·        Organize & store inventory in designated areas ensuring items are properly labelled and easily accessible.

·        Perform regular stocks checks to maintain accurate inventory records.

·        Monitor inventory levels & inform the purchaser of low stock items.
