Work Responsibilities:

 

1.       Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; and maintaining relationships with clients.

2.       Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

3.       Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

4.       Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.

5.       Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

6.       Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

7.       Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

8.       Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.

9.       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

10.   Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

11.   Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

12.   Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

13.   Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

14.   Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

15.   Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

16.   Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

17.   Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

18.   Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

19.   Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
