We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team in Mangaluru or Mysuru. The candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of work experience in accounting and will engage with financial data to support decision-making and ensure compliance with industry standards. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Excel for data organization and financial analysis (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Financial Analysis to interpret and derive meaningful insights from financial data (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Tally ERP for maintaining accurate financial records and ledger reconciliation (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of SAP systems for efficient enterprise-wide resource management and operations tracking.
• Understanding of GAAP Compliance to ensure all financial documentation meets industry standards.
• Ability to handle Tax Preparation with accuracy and ensuring submission adherence to regulatory timelines.
• Experience in Data Analytics to support decision-making through in-depth financial analysis techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for precise accounting record maintenance.
