Urgent Vacancy for Service Engineer at India’s Growing fast firm for Floor Cleaning Robotics Service & Maintenance.  

Skills & Qualifications

1. B.E. / Diploma Electronics or Mechanical, 1-3 Years of experience preferably in Industrial/Manufacturing/Electronics testing.

2. Good Customer facing skills; ability to listen to the customer, assure them & document the same on company portal. 

3. Time Management skills & Problem-Solving Skills.

Location:- 

1) Pune:- 1 Service Engineer

2) Indore:- 1 Service Engineer 

3) Bangalore:- 1 Service Engineer

4) Chennai:- 1 Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and execute operations and service of robots in designated territory.

2. Manage and execute service, preventive maintenance and technical support related queries for customers in designated territories. 

3. Perform and lead robot deployments and demo including programming, training & certification of customer staff.

4. Provide detailed documentation and reporting about deployments, demos, and maintenance + service plans.

Terms of Employment:

1. Employment Type – Permanent

2. Own Conveyance (2-Wheeler) is a must for this role

3. Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role in the territory

4. Hold a valid and up-to-date driver’s license. 

Nice to have

1. Experience working in Robotics/Industrial Automation/IoT

2. Preliminary Experience with Software tools

3. Experience with forklifts/material handling equipment
