We are at Sony hiring for product trainer (After Sales Service) on 3rd party payroll ; 5 days working
Qualification - BE/ BTECH / BSC / Diploma
Experience - Minimum 6 months
Location – Indore
Package – upto 3.50 LPA
Role Definition:
· Creating Training Material & Training Videos for Demo & Installation Team
· Providing Demonstration & Installation Training to ASC Demo & Installation Staff
· Periodic Evaluation of ASC Demo & Installation Staff
· Periodic Audits of ASCs for checking Demo & Installation SOP adherence
· Monitoring of Key KPIs related to Demo & Installation activity (Reservation Pending, TAT , NPS , SNS Response etc..)
· Premium Customer visits along with Demo & Installation Team
· BRAVIA Extended Warranty Sale & Stock monitoring at ASCs.
· Handling of Service CRM for Call Management
Skills:
· Must have excellent communication skills (English & Local language)
· Must have decent excel & Power point skills. Video creation & editing skills will be preferable for creating Training Videos
· Customer handling skills
· High levels of passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Competencies:
· Demonstrates the importance of customer service & being proactive
· Ability to work in Teams and able to handle big teams
· Passion for Training & Coaching
