Job description
MBE:
- Meet buyers, sell the idea of B2B e-Commerce, where pricing is transparent with assured delivery without compromising on quality (same day or next day delivery).
- Generate orders from Retailers and meet assigned targets.
- Work with the team leader, together as a team to help solve the issues for the buyers.
- Maintain good relationships with buyers and always keep customer satisfaction at premium level.
- Adherence to the guidelines and code of conduct required at work location always.
Other role requirements
- Local city knowledge and fluency in local language
- Should own a vehicle (2-wheeler) and should possess a valid Driving license
- Android phone with 4G internet
- Preferred domains are Lifestyle/ Home and Kitchen andTelecom with only Field sales Experience.
- Sales attitude, Analytical skills and good in problem solving, Stability in previous employment should be mandatory.
- Should be flexible with Work timings in extended windows.

These taboos prevent nearly 20% of adolescent girls from continuing their education, thereby contributing significantly to the vicious cycle of hampering women's progress in society. In addition to these, most of these taboos encourage practices that are mind-numbing-ly dangerous.
With workshops in India and Nepal open for every woman, we talk about these taboos. We inform about menstruation, puberty and the female body in general. In doing so, we ensure that these women have the knowledge of menstrual & sexual hygiene to make the right decisions and to have a healthy and safe life.
