Start Nurture and develop relationship with Sales Partners and explain to them the benefits of our cloudbased Labour Law Compliance System.ii. Make Business Offer based to leads generated through Channel Sales Partners.iii. Negotiate and close new business.iv. Handover new business to the operation and accounts team.v. Help in invoicing/collection issues with collection team with new customers.vi. Help in getting data issues with operation team from newly onboarded customers.vii. Manage escalations from Customers.viii. Manage Pay-outs to Channel Partners.2. Key Result Area (KRA) :i. Own up the total number of Channel Sales Partner Additions.ii. Own up targeted lead generation rate in sales funnel through Partners.iii. Own up conversion rate. ( Percentage of qualified leads that gets converted to customers.)iv.
