Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced developer with up to 10 years’ work experience who is passionate about driving digital transformation and delivering robust, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will lead team initiatives, design software solutions, and demonstrate technical leadership across projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) with a deep understanding of backend development and object-oriented programming concepts applied in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise in JavaScript (Mandatory skill) and practical exposure to various front-end frameworks for building interactive user interfaces efficiently.
• Solid experience with React (Mandatory skill), implementing responsive, dynamic web applications and integrating with API-driven backends.
• Practical knowledge of building and deploying Microservices-based architectures that ensure scalability and maintainability in complex enterprise systems.
• Proficient in Agile Methodologies, able to adapt rapidly to changing requirements and foster iterative, incremental delivery for team projects.
• Strong capability in performing detailed Code Review processes to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Solution Architecture, designing robust, end-to-end solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements.
• Effective Team Management abilities, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration within multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of troubleshooting complex issues in both frontend and backend environments.
• Clear communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting ideas and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and deployment in a dynamic agile environment.
• Oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web and backend applications using Java, JavaScript, and React technologies.
• Architect and build microservices-based solutions, ensuring system scalability, robust integration, and adherence to industry standards.
• Drive code quality and consistency by conducting peer code reviews, setting coding standards, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and UI/UX designers, to deliver innovative software solutions aligned with client needs.
• Mentor team members, foster knowledge sharing, and empower less experienced developers to achieve project goals and career growth.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous integration and delivery cycles, promoting agile principles and accountability.
• Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and proactively resolve challenges to ensure timely project delivery and resource optimization.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Represent engineering excellence and Twixor values in client meetings, technical discussions, and strategic planning activities.
