Role: Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Chennai (Work From Office – 5 days/week)

We’re looking for a driven Outbound SDR to build and own pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable starting conversations from scratch and turning them into qualified opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Own pipeline generation through cold outreach
- Run multi-channel outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, and calling)
- Identify and engage the right decision-makers across target accounts
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow defined workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in outbound SDR / sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets
- Hands-on experience with email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
- Strong communication skills with confidence and charisma on calls
- Enterprising mindset – proactive and self-driven
- High ownership – ability to take responsibility for pipeline targets
- Process-oriented – disciplined with CRM updates and workflows
- Resilient and consistent with follow-ups
Requirements:
- Willing to work from office in Chennai (5 days/week)
- Open to working across multiple shifts (global outreach)
Preferred:
- Experience in outbound motion for partner-led GTM
- Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, sequencing tools, prospecting platforms)
